The name Schizapora paradoxa has been commonly used. Like many fungi it has been named multiple times by different people, and according to Atlas of Living Australia it should now be called Hyphodontia paradoxa, while according to Inaturalist it should be called Xylodon paradoxus. The best advice is probably from Canberra Naturemap which states that detailed examination is required to determine the species more precisely than Xylodon 'Schizopora group'.
